This is a smaller 250CFM version of the Austin Air HealthMate Standard, an excellent HEPA filter for up to 700 sq. ft. single rooms in the home, ideal for bedrooms. It features HEPA/charcoal/zeolite filtration with diagonally upward exhaust for excellent clean air distribution and particle/chemical capture. This is a no-frills top value, with an all-metal cabinet and quiet blower motor. It fits well into all rooms, not needing much space to maintain an efficient airflow pattern. The manufacturer offers a five-year warranty on the HEPA. If you don't want to spend a lot of money and get a good performer, the Austin Air is hard to beat. It makes a great end table too!
